We begin with an Emotional Needs Assessment and Sensory Profile Evaluation to uncover what truly soothes you and what quietly drains you. Then we add a Neurodiversity Impact Review, looking at how ADHD, autism, or other differences shape your day - energy crashes, social hangovers, sleep battles, all of it.
From there, we co-create your Relaxation Strategy Planning roadmap: simple, repeatable ways to reset before you hit overload. This might include mini regulation breaks you can take at your desk, bedroom tweaks for easier sleep, or scripts and rituals that make transitions less explosive for kids. Sessions are available virtually, so you can show up from your couch in pajamas if that's what your body needs.
