The Regulation Station started in New Hampshire in 2012 after years of quietly supporting neurodiverse kids, teens, and adults who were exhausted by loud, bright, busy spaces. We knew that talk, charts, and behavior plans were not enough. Nervous systems needed their own sanctuary. Our work grew into a clear, simple process that helps real families, educators, and overwhelmed adults create daily pockets of relief inside the spaces they already live and work in.
We are neurodiverse practitioners who hear, see, and feel the world more intensely, just like many of our clients. That full body exhaustion is not theoretical for us, it is personal history. Decades of walking beside ADHD and autistic communities taught us where typical advice falls short, and how small environmental shifts can calm an overworked nervous system in ways that feel kind, shame free, and doable.
Everything we design starts with one belief, a regulated nervous system changes everything. Using our 5 Elements plus 7 Senses framework, we turn corners, nooks, classrooms, and offices into steady, regulating spaces. Each station is built around one person or community, never a generic checklist, so the space feels naturally safe and becomes part of everyday life.
Our core offerings connect personal sensory interviews with practical space design that fits real homes, classrooms, and workplaces.

Gentle conversations that map your triggers, comforts, and regulation cues.

We translate your sensory profile into one clear, calming station plan.

We check in, fine tune, and make sure your space truly regulates daily.
